Central Arkansas Pediatric Clinic is a very busy, fast paced outpatient clinic located in Bryant, Arkansas. We are seeking a professional LPN/ RN to be a Primary Nurse for a provider 4 days a week, 8 am to 5 pm with rotating Saturday Urgent Care Clinic 8 am- 12pm.

Duties:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
  • Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment.

Experience:

  • Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current state nursing license.
